Payment terms and conditions
  • Payments must reflect before booking confirmation
  • No cash payment, only eft, credit card or bank deposit
Booking cancellation policy
  • Full refund- if you cancel 15 days before check-in day
  • 50% refund- if you cancel between 10 and 15 days before check-in day
  • No-refund- if you cancel in less than 10 days before check-in
Breakage Deposit
  • A minimum breakage deposit of R1500 is required on arrival or before, this is to be paid by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check out.
  • Your refund will be paid in full via credit card subject to the inspection of the property.
  • An additional breakage amount may be requested if found upon inspection that the breakage is above the R1500 taken during check-in
Please note:
  • In the event that the reservation is canceled, a cancellation fee will be levied against the payment made as per the cancellation policy above.
  • Booking apps charge an admin fee for all their bookings, which upon cancellation, the admin fee is levied against the payment.
  • Refer to booking apps cancellation policy for all bookings made via their apps.
